Yes you can purchase the system but the state of Mississippi requires a licensed installer to install the system.
Our shelters are engineered according to ICC 500-2020 and FEMA P361-2021 requirements for residential storm shelters.
At this time, we offer a 8′ x 7′ storm shelter that holds 8 people. It must be installed by us.
Placement depends on your county or city regulations. Most cities require a permit, and most counties do not. Shelters can be placed in a new construction home before the foundation is poured.
